Inside Sales Representative



As Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for providing a top rate service to your clients. You can cut through to the core of his business so that you understand his organisation and way of trading, putting yourself in the position of being able to answer any queries he has. If you can do this, you will understand what JC-Electronics has to offer its clients. And you will do so not only out of your own curiosity but in order to maximize the potential of your own portfolio.

Your main customer contact will be via telephone or email and it is important that clients receive quotes and reactions fast and efficiently. Having placed the order we are looking for someone who will be proactive in keeping clients informed about the progress of that order.

Who are we looking for?

As an Inside Sales Representative, your strength lies in reliable customer focused work with an excellent command of languages. You communicate easily and your commercial insight lets you take advantage of the opportunities that our market offers. You also work easily with colleagues of different nationalities.

Your Skills and Education:

  • Minimum MBO + / HBO level, with training in international business management or commercial direction and a number of years of work experience;
  • Excellent command of English and another language, preferably German, French or Spanish. Understanding of Dutch;
  • Communicative skills and commercial insight;
  • Ability to structure and prioritise work
  • Enthusiastic, customer-oriented, responsible and team player;
  • Proficient in Excel;
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems an advantage.
