No, you will not receive any additional charges from customs. We ship DAP (Delevired At Place) through the carrier and they make sure that the import fees are already calculated for the recipient.
Do you also do rush deliveries? chevron-down
Yes, you can request a rush shipment through Sales and it will take 1 business day. For pallet shipments, we apply 2-3 days for urgent shipments.
What if my product breaks during shipping? chevron-down
Our advice is to check for visual damage immediately upon delivery of the product. If that is the case then the delivery can be refused immediately (do not accept delivery). Then contact JC-Electronics for further processing.
Can I have it delivered to an address other than the company? chevron-down
Yes, this is possible. When ordering, this can be indicated via Sales or in the webshop.
Can I also pick up my package? chevron-down
Yes, it is possible to pick up your package at JC-Electronics in Leek. You can indicate this when placing the order via Sales.
