For Rcube's RecQ label, DEKRA inspectors look at the entire process of supplying a refurbished product: purchasing, overhaul, sales and after-sales. By obtaining this label, JC-Electronics demonstrates that it purchases electronics reliably, carries out high-quality overhauls and repairs according to circular standards. In addition, customers receive a 2-year warranty. With our competitors, the warranty period for new products is usually 1 year.

Proven refurbishment process for industrial electronics
Electronics that have worked can work again. "This idea is the basis of our way of working. Since 2006, we have developed a repair process that is so solid that we always give a 2-year warranty on all of our refurbished electronics. Even if these items are obsolete." says technical manager Wolter de Jong. In this process, the electronics are first professionally cleaned so that all dirt is removed. Next, defects and malfunctions are fixed and wear-sensitive components are preventitively replaced. Finally, the electronics are thoroughly tested. In the case of HMIs from Siemens, for example, the external condition is also examined and, if necessary, the housing is replaced.
