The Siemens SIRIUS 3RW4446-2BC45 soft starter is designed for reliable and controlled starting of high-power three-phase motors in industrial applications. With a rated current of 356 A at 500 V and 40 °C, and up to 250 kW in standard operation, this soft starter helps reduce inrush current, mechanical stress, and voltage dips in demanding motor control environments.

For inside-delta connection, the device supports up to 617 A and 450 kW, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications in manufacturing, processing, and infrastructure installations. The wide operating voltage range of 400–600 V AC and control voltage of 230 V AC ensure flexibility in system design. Spring-type terminals enable secure and maintenance-friendly wiring.

Please note that the SIRIUS 3RW4446-2BC45 is a phased-out product. Siemens recommends the SIRIUS 3RW5 series as the successor range, with the preferred replacement being the 3RW5546-2HA16. This makes the product mainly relevant for replacement, service, or existing system extensions where compatibility is required.

New and tested refurbished products from our stock are always available immediately. Untested and non-refurbished products undergo a thorough refurbishment and an extensive testing procedure before shipment.
Can I order products urgently?
Yes, you can. New and refurbished products that are ready for shipment will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 16:00 CET. An express shipment to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, or Italy will arrive the next day. An express shipment to other countries in the European Union takes 2 days. An express shipment to countries outside the European Union takes 3 days.
