 Yes, you can. With an urgent repair, your product will be repaired within 3 working days. Contact the Sales team via sales@jc-electronics.com for this.
Why can I trust refurbished electronics from JC-Electronics?
All products are thoroughly cleaned, defects are repaired, and weak elements are proactively replaced. If they pass the endurance test, the products can be sold. You can recognize them by the JCertified warranty seal. The entire process has received the RecQ quality mark from DEKRA and the ISO14001:2015 certificate
How much warranty do I get on a product?
You always get a 2-year warranty on products, both refurbished and new. This is twice as much as the standard factory warranty from many manufacturers.
Are all products available from stock immediately?
New and tested refurbished products from our stock are always available immediately. Untested and non-refurbished products undergo a thorough refurbishment and an extensive testing procedure before shipment.
Can I order products urgently?
Yes, you can. New and refurbished products that are ready for shipment will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 16:00 CET. An express shipment to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, or Italy will arrive the next day. An express shipment to other countries in the European Union takes 2 days. An express shipment to countries outside the European Union takes 3 days. 
Why should I buy refurbished electronics?
There are several reasons to purchase a refurbished product. For example, because electronics are no longer made and are hard to get new. But also because refurbished is a sustainable choice, reducing your organization's ecological footprint.
