The Siemens SIPART PS2 Smart electropneumatic positioner is a proven solution for precise and reliable valve control in industrial process automation. Designed for pneumatic linear and part-turn actuators, this single-acting positioner operates with a standard 4–20 mA control signal and supports fail-safe operation by depressurizing the actuator in the event of electrical power loss.

Equipped with non-contacting, wear-free position detection (NCS), the SIPART PS2 ensures long-term accuracy and minimal maintenance. The integrated Analog Output Module (AOM) provides analog position feedback via a 4–20 mA signal, enabling continuous monitoring within the control system.

The device features a robust polycarbonate enclosure and an aluminum manometer block with plastic manometer (IP31), making it suitable for a wide range of industrial environments. Electrical connection is via M20x1.5, with pneumatic connections using 1/4" NPT. An optional M12 device plug is available. This version is supplied without explosion protection and without limit monitoring.

Please note that this product is in phase-out status. It remains suitable for maintaining or expanding existing SIPART PS2 installations. Siemens quality and German manufacturing ensure consistent performance for professional B2B applications in the electrical and process industries.

New and tested refurbished products from our stock are always available immediately. Untested and non-refurbished products undergo a thorough refurbishment and an extensive testing procedure before shipment.
Can I order products urgently?
Yes, you can. New and refurbished products that are ready for shipment will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 16:00 CET. An express shipment to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, or Italy will arrive the next day. An express shipment to other countries in the European Union takes 2 days. An express shipment to countries outside the European Union takes 3 days.
