The Siemens SIPART PS2 Smart electropneumatic positioner is a reliable and proven solution for precise valve control in industrial process automation. Designed for pneumatic linear and part-turn actuators, this positioner supports a standard 4–20 mA control signal and ensures accurate, stable positioning even in demanding operating environments.


This version features non-contacting, wear-free position detection (NCS), which significantly reduces maintenance requirements and enhances long-term operational reliability. The robust polycarbonate enclosure offers durable protection, while the single-acting fail-safe function depressurizes the actuator in the event of electrical power failure, supporting safe plant operation.


The integrated Analog Output Module (AOM) provides continuous position feedback via a 4–20 mA signal, enabling seamless integration into modern control systems. Electrical connection is via 1/2" NPT and pneumatic connection via 1/4" NPT. Optional accessories such as the M12 device plug and external isolating power supply can be ordered separately.

New and tested refurbished products from our stock are always available immediately. Untested and non-refurbished products undergo a thorough refurbishment and an extensive testing procedure before shipment.
Can I order products urgently?
Yes, you can. New and refurbished products that are ready for shipment will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 16:00 CET. An express shipment to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, or Italy will arrive the next day. An express shipment to other countries in the European Union takes 2 days. An express shipment to countries outside the European Union takes 3 days.
