The Siemens SIPART PS2 Smart (6DR5020-0NN01-0BA4) is a reliable electropneumatic positioner designed for precise valve control in industrial process automation. This model operates with a 4…20 mA control signal and is suitable for pneumatic linear and part-turn actuators in demanding control applications.

Thanks to its non-contacting, wear-free position detection (NCS), the positioner ensures high long-term accuracy, reduced maintenance, and stable performance throughout its service life. The robust polycarbonate enclosure and aluminum manometer block make it well suited for standard industrial environments.

This version is configured for double-acting actuators and includes an Analog Output Module (AOM) providing analog position feedback of 4…20 mA, enabling easy integration into modern control systems. Electrical connection is via 1/2" NPT, with pneumatic connections at 1/4" NPT. An optional M12 device plug can be ordered separately.

The SIPART PS2 Smart is part of the Siemens SIPART range and is widely used in process industries such as chemicals, power generation, and water treatment. Please note that this product is in Phase-Out status, making it suitable for plant expansions, replacements, or maintaining existing installations.

Can I order products urgently?
Yes, you can. New and refurbished products that are ready for shipment will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 16:00 CET. An express shipment to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, or Italy will arrive the next day. An express shipment to other countries in the European Union takes 2 days. An express shipment to countries outside the European Union takes 3 days. 
Can I have products repaired urgently?
