The SIPART PS2 smart electropneumatic positioner is designed for seamless control of both pneumatic linear and part-turn actuators. This professional-grade device operates with 2-, 3-, or 4-wire configurations and utilizes a 4...20mA output with a HART-interface for effective communication.

Encased in a robust polycarbonate housing, the SIPART PS2 is compliant with standard types of protection for intrinsic safety (Ex i), making it suitable for various industrial applications. Its output isolator, the SITRANS I200, can be ordered separately.

Specifications include a connection thread for electrical components of 1/2" NPT and pneumatic components of 1/4" NPT. Notably, this model does not encompass a limit monitor or an option module while still providing comprehensive functionalities.

In the event of electrical auxiliary power failure, the device is equipped with a standard fail-safe mechanism that depressurizes the actuator, ensuring operational safety. Accompanying the unit are brief instructions in English, German, and Chinese.

Furthermore, the aluminum manometer block G¼ is included, featuring a double-acting configuration with a plastic manometer rated IP31 for reliable performance.

New and tested refurbished products from our stock are always available immediately. Untested and non-refurbished products undergo a thorough refurbishment and an extensive testing procedure before shipment.
Can I order products urgently?
Yes, you can. New and refurbished products that are ready for shipment will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 16:00 CET. An express shipment to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, or Italy will arrive the next day. An express shipment to other countries in the European Union takes 2 days. An express shipment to countries outside the European Union takes 3 days. 
Can I have products repaired urgently?
 Yes, you can. With an urgent repair, your product will be repaired within 3 working days. Contact the Sales team via sales@jc-electronics.com for this.
