The SIPART PS2 Smart electropneumatic positioner is engineered for precision control in pneumatic systems. Operating on a 4...20mA signal (3/4-wire), it is suitable for various applications including pneumatic linear and part-turn actuators.


This double-acting device features a durable polycarbonate enclosure and is designed for reliable performance without explosion protection. Essential connectivity options include an electrical connection thread of M20x1.5 and a pneumatic connection thread of G 1/4.


The positioner comes with a Digital I/O Module (DIO) equipped with 1 digital input and 3 digital outputs—providing two limit values and a fault indicator. Additionally, it offers an Analog Output Module (AOM) for analog position feedback ranging from 4 to 20 mA.


Optional accessories include a device plug M12 with -Z D53 and the isolating power supply SITRANS I100 for enhanced functionality. Please note that brief instructions are included in English, German, and Chinese.


Designed with safety in mind, this model features a standard fail-safe operation that depressurizes the actuator in case of electrical auxiliary power failure (single acting only). Note that it does not include a manometer block or venting gauge block.

New and tested refurbished products from our stock are always available immediately. Untested and non-refurbished products undergo a thorough refurbishment and an extensive testing procedure before shipment.
Can I order products urgently?
Yes, you can. New and refurbished products that are ready for shipment will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 16:00 CET. An express shipment to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, or Italy will arrive the next day. An express shipment to other countries in the European Union takes 2 days. An express shipment to countries outside the European Union takes 3 days. 
Can I have products repaired urgently?
