The Siemens SIMATIC IPC427C Microbox PC is a compact industrial PC designed for reliable operation in demanding automation and control environments. As part of the SIMATIC Box PC range, this system is suitable for machine-level applications, industrial networking, and decentralized automation tasks.


This IPC is equipped with an Intel Core2 Solo processor running at 1.2 GHz, supported by an 800 MHz front-side bus and 3 MB cache. The memory configuration includes 1 GB DDR3 1066 MHz SO-DIMM, providing stable performance for industrial software and HMI applications.


For industrial communication, the SIMATIC IPC427C features three integrated PROFINET ports, enabling seamless integration into Siemens automation systems and Ethernet-based industrial networks. The unit supports CompactFlash storage with a replaceable 2 GB drive, while the internal drive is not accessible. The hardware configuration is delivered without expansion modules.


The device supports Windows Embedded Standard 2009 and is supplied without embedded Windows software. Designed and manufactured in Germany, this Microbox PC meets industrial quality standards and is testable for professional commissioning.
