Intake and analysis

The repair process at JC-Electronics starts with a thorough intake and analysis. After receipt, the product is fully disassembled, inspected, and professionally cleaned. Contamination and oxidation are removed, and if necessary, the housing is repaired or replaced. This ensures a solid foundation for a reliable repair.

Overhaul and quality upgrade

After cleaning, we carry out an overhaul and quality upgrade. In addition to defective parts, we also proactively replace wear-sensitive and outdated components. This increases reliability and extends the product’s lifespan.

Testing and release

Finally, each product is extensively tested in realistic test setups. Functionalities, connections, and stability are checked. Only after successful completion is the product released, ensuring immediate and reliable deployment.

No, we do not carry out repairs on-site. Repairs are only performed at JC-Electronics.
Which brands do you repair?
JC-Electronics repairs the following brands of industrial electronics: ABB, Allen-Bradley, B&R, Control Techniques, Fanuc, Indramat, Lenze, Schneider Electric and Siemens.
How long does a repair take at JC-Electronics?
The standard repair time is currently 2 weeks. For urgent repairs, we aim to have the product repaired within 5–8 working days.
How do you determine what needs to be repaired?
