This SINAMICS G120 PM240 power module features an integrated class A filter and built-in braking chopper, supporting three-phase input voltages from 380 to 480 V AC (±10%), with a frequency range of 47 to 63 Hz. The module is engineered for both high and low overload capacities: during high overload, it delivers 7.5 kW at 200% for 3 seconds, 150% for 57 seconds, and 100% for 240 seconds within an ambient temperature range of -10 to +50 °C. For low overload, it offers 11 kW at 150% for 3 seconds, 110% for 57 seconds, and 100% for 240 seconds at ambient temperatures from -10 to +40 °C. The compact dimensions (334 x 189 x 185 mm) and FSC design provide easy integration into control cabinets, while IP20 protection ensures safety during operation.
