My company is located outside the European Union. What should I consider when sending a product to JC-Electronics for repair or warranty?
What is the delivery time of my order?
The delivery time of a product depends on the delivery status, the time of the order and the type of shipment. See an overview of all delivery times
Can I get unexpected extra charges from customs?
No, you will not receive any additional charges from customs. We ship DAP (Delivered At Place) through the carrier and they make sure that the import fees are already calculated for the recipient.
Do you also do rush deliveries?
Yes, you can request a rush shipment through Sales and it will take 1 business day. For pallet shipments, we apply 2-3 days for urgent shipments.
What if my product breaks during shipping?
Our advice is to check for visual damage immediately upon delivery of the product. If that is the case then the delivery can be refused immediately (do not accept delivery). Then contact JC-Electronics for further processing.
Can I have it delivered to an address other than the company?
Yes, this is possible. When ordering, this can be indicated via Sales or in the webshop.
Can I also pick up my package?
Yes, it is possible to pick up your package at JC-Electronics in Leek, The Netherlands. You can indicate this when placing the order via Sales.
I received the wrong product. What should I do?
If you have ordered the incorrect product, you should contact JC-Electronics' Sales Department immediately. They will provide assist you.
How are packages packaged and shipped?
At JC-Electronics, all packages are packaged and presented to the carrier for shipment.
Can someone other than the ordering party take delivery of the package?
Yes, anyone within your organization may receive your package.
How much do I pay for shipping?

I have not received my order. What do I do now?

Yes it is possible, provided you arrange it yourself and have it picked up.

Yes, you will receive a track & trace code after we ship your order. This applies to all our carriers.
How do I view the status of the order?
You will receive an e-mail when the package is offered for shipment to the carrier. From the carrier you will receive a track and trace code.
When is a shipment a pallet shipment?
When a package is heavier than 25 kilos or when a product is fragile/breakable and needs to be packed extra well.
