At JC-Electronics you can order your industrial electronics directly online through the webshop. You can also order your products by email (sales@jc-electronics.com) or by phone (+31 594 64 26 68) through the Sales department.
How does it work if I want to buy a product at JC-Electronics? chevron-down
If you order through the webshop you will receive a confirmation email with more information and the order will be processed and shipped. If you request a quote you will receive the price and delivery time within one working day. Once you have given your approval the order will be processed and shipped.
Can any employee within my organization order from you? chevron-down
Yes, that is possible. You can create an online account for all your employees for the webshop, so they can order. Also, anyone within your organization can place an order by phone or email.
Can I change or cancel my order? chevron-down
Yes, you can change or cancel your order. If a change is made, the current order will be cancelled and reconfirmed. If the product has already been shipped, a charge will be made. This depends on the product and the situation. See also our terms and conditions.
What is the cooling off period at JC-Electronics? chevron-down
JC-Electronics uses a cooling off period of 14 days. Within these 14 days you must have made it known to us that you want to cancel the order. From that moment you can return the item. This is at your own expense.

No, you will not receive any additional charges from customs. We ship DAP (Delevired At Place) through the carrier and they make sure that the import fees are already calculated for the recipient.
Do you also do rush deliveries? chevron-down
Yes, you can request a rush shipment through Sales and it will take 1 business day. For pallet shipments, we apply 2-3 days for urgent shipments.
What if my product breaks during shipping? chevron-down
Our advice is to check for visual damage immediately upon delivery of the product. If that is the case then the delivery can be refused immediately (do not accept delivery). Then contact JC-Electronics for further processing.
Can I have it delivered to an address other than the company? chevron-down
Yes, this is possible. When ordering, this can be indicated via Sales or in the webshop.
